lesleyLesley is heading up the new management team and has worked at Splash since 2013.

“I have also worked as a teacher and teaching assistant at a special school. Before training as a teacher I worked in a mainstream school for 12 years. I am very experienced with additional needs and am looking forward to working with a new team who are keen to learn about additional needs. I believe we are starting to build a really firm foundation for Splash with lots of different activities.”
